  My Navien combi-boiler failed and fortunately was covered under warranty...although I had to pay for labor and added parts. I called a few places to see when they would be available and get estimates. Mike at Aquarius was responsive and helpful, he proactively reached out to Navien to get things moving right away...we were without heat and hot water! Technicians, Kyle and Beau picked up the boiler and came out to our home so they knew what they would need to complete the install. They were very friendly and made me feel at ease, reassuring me that they could get it done the next day...and they did! I just want to thank them for taking care of me and my family and I will be calling to get the maintenance done next year and the year after that...

  Mike and the team showed up right when they said they would and started on the new combination boiler install immediately. Everyone on the team was efficient and professional and answered any questions I had. They helped to troubleshoot a problem with the new boiler and the Nest Thermostats and suggested a long term solution. The project was completed on time and the cost of the project was competitively priced The entire team did an excellent job and I would hire them again for another plumbing contract.

  Hired Aquarius Plumbing and Heating to install a new boiler for our home. Received a quote and scheduled a date and time. Mike gave me a courtesy call and the crew showed up on time. Very professional. We decided on a combi-unit for our home. All new electrical was installed for the unit. Mike showed us how to work our new boiler/water heater. Any questions we had during the process and after were answered promptly. I would highly recommend Aquarius Plumbing.
