Communications with Aquarius were excellent! They kept me updated on what time they expected to arrive. Derek was personable, extremely knowledgeable, and very thorough. He not only corrected the problem I was having with my water softener, but then checked all of my filters and water quality. Since we are new owners of this home, Derek took time to explain what maintenance items I need to keep in mind and showed me what I could do myself. I was very appreciative of his suggestions!

The whole process was easy. The service appointment was clearly communicated with me and the tech communicated to me when he was on his way. He explained the issue I was having and fixed it.

Joe came out to install a water softener in my home. It was a tricky plumbing situation and he did a wonderful job. He answered all my questions and was super knowledgeable about the product he installed. Would highly recommend!
