  Great service. Les is a great guy. Very helpful. He came by, took a water sample, sent it for testing and recommended a system based on my homes needs. Any questions he answered and has continued to answer after the system has been installed a couple of weeks later. My water is now soft. My tub and toilet are no longer yellow due to the iron in the water. We are really happy with the water system filtration and with Les's job.

  Les at Aqua Terra installed a Kinetico water softening system with a carbon filter dechlorinator at my new house. He is very professional and reasonable. He was very helpful in sizing/selecting products according to need. Kinetico water softeners are superior to competitor products because the regeneration cycle is triggered by flow metering instead of timers. What this means is that the frequency/timing of regeneration of the ion exchange resins is based on real-time actual water use so regeneration always occurs at the right time so as not to waste water (i.e., avoid early regeneration) nor exceed water softening capacity (i.e., avoid late regeneration). Further, Kinetico water softeners use soft water for the brine tank. What this means is that lower volume of brine is needed to regenerate the ion exchange resins for greater efficiency (compared to standard systems which use hard water). If you live in Monterey County, there is a good chance you have hard water. Do yourself a favor and call Les. You won't be disappointed.

  Les was very knowledgeable and thorough about the equipment and installation. He was recommended by my father and brother. My father has his original equipment for over 10 years now and I love how it conditions the city's hard water. So there was no doubt in my mind to give Les a call when installing a softener in our home. I decided to go with a premium series and K5RO drinking system and my wife and kids love it. My wife and daughter love how their hair feels after taking a shower. Leaves your skin moisturized for sure. Also, before we would buy expensive premium bottled water as my wife is particular to the taste of water, but now she loves the taste of our filtered water so the filter is a big money saver. Thanks Les for completely leaving us satisfied.
