  Wally, Rob, and the dig crew were all great. My wife and I, as first time homeowners, encountered our first emergency when we found out there were tree roots in our sewer pipes. They all took the time to explain to my wife and I how our plumbing system works and helped us get through it. They were responsive, friendly, and happily answered all of our questions. Our go-to plumbers.

  Very good and quality job. Came up earlier this month to install stove in the kitchen. Robert was on time and perform job quickly. Also their prices are reasonable. So I called them again to instal dryer. And again good communication, we’re late for appointment because of weather conditions but he was calling and updating Chen he is coming and when on the way. While in the house check some faucet issue I have and also find a leak from previous guys. So happy with the service, I recommend this guys for any job with plumbing gas or installation of equipment you need.

  We highly recommend the Aqua Doctor team!! Our issue required extensive pipe repair under our foundation. Their expert team effectively diagnosed our issue using specialized equipment to develop a plan of action. They arrived as scheduled and were very responsive to phone calls. They answered ALL our questions and spoke directly with our insurance company and our village to secure inspection. They helped us determine a timeline that worked with our finances and getting our repairs completed as quickly as possible. They protected our finished basement and kept the work area clean and the completed project solved our problem! At every opportunity, Chris and the entire team went above and beyond to solve our problem. They are highly professional and also treat you like family. They have our trust.
