  Am existing customer from 3 years ago (replaced 3 toilets in my condo - nice work). But - called this month for replacing a fill valve (quick simple job) and got the run around - they took a while to get back to me and then, if I really wanted to, they'd put me on the "list" with no promises as to when.

  I called to make an appointment for a leaking toilet tank. We had the water turned off to the toilet and were flushing it with a bucket. Brenda spoke to me on the phone and said they couldn't get to it until next week, (I called on a Thursday morning) unless I wanted to pay for an after hours visit. I said no problem Ill wait until next week just give me a call and let me know when your coming out. On Thursday a week later I tried calling the office 15 times, I left a message the first time but no one called me back. I scheduled with another plumber who actually answered his phone and gave me a day and time he would be at my house. Later on Thursday Pat from Apex called me to schedule a time to go out to my house the next day. I told him I had scheduled with someone else and I was not impressed with his call back service or customer service when it comes to answering the phone. He flipped out on me saying he was just a small time guy. He used curse words and was completely UN-professional. I am a native and a graduate from Kennett high. I know from years of experience that it is at times very difficult to get people in the Conway area to show a good positive customer experience. This is just a great example of a poor business man trying to make extra money on every caller after hours. I will never call Apex again and I will recommend anyone but them.

  Thank you Brenda Pat again Unfortunately for us we have had issues With our well, hot water heater replaced and when it rains it pours now our Ranni Heater needed to be replaced Pat Brenda always came through for us Also all of the staff are very polite They are busy for a reason Thank you happy healthy New Year to you and your staff George & Janice
