  Ryan is a good tradesmen however if you also care about communication, punctuality and accountability, you’re looking at the wrong company. We had a leak in our house/utility room and when I called the number that was provided by Ryan (and listed on ALL of our equipment) I received no answer and a full voice mailbox. I texted that same number with no response leading me to contact Chucks Plumbing & Heating. The following day, Ryan responded (via text I might add) explaining that this leak was not his fault, in fact he directed the blame to our builder for not hiring the water/well company to test the pH levels in our home (which was also false) In response, I explained to him that in an emergency situation such as this, I would appreciate a phone call and not a text with excuses to which he replied (again via text) that he does not take emergency/service calls and he should’ve told us. He also told me that I contacted the wrong number as he does not look at that phone. Reason being because he receives 40+ messages and calls per day (maybe those are the customers similar to me with concerns?) The state of Vermont, by law, requires a 1-year warranty on both parts and labor. If you want a tradesman who has a warranty, do not call Ryan. It appears as though he either does not have a warranty or no time to take warranty service calls. I work in a service industry and if I were to follow the same company model as Ryan, I would be out of business. What I have learned in this situation is, if you’re going to trust someone to do the plumbing and heating in your new home, it’s worth having someone who is communicative, punctual and accountable. It’s 2021 and nobody is too busy to reply with a quick phone call. If they tell you that they are, go elsewhere. Not worth it. For all of these reasons, I would not recommend Ryan for your home.

  Ryan is the man! We had multiple plumbers try and correct out drainage problem over 3 years. Finally we had a pipe break, Ryan came out fixed the pipe and with in 30 seconds of seeing out plumbing system identified the ACTUAL problem. (the drain slope was !@#$ed up) Ryan fixed the problem and refused to take short cuts that would lead to future problems. I have never seen such professionalism, integrity and skill from a plumber like I have with Ryan.

  We needed a plumber quickly, our hot water tank had broken and we had a pool in our basement. Ryan was SO easy to work with and very knowledgeable. His work is impeccable and he is so professional. We are so grateful to him for fitting us in in a pinch so we could have our hot water back. We will be calling him again for any house hold help!
