  Please be careful with this company. They charged me 750 for a service + part. The person who arrived did not have the part and was supposed to return the next day and never showed up. I called in and the person on the phone rescheduled to 8:00 am next business day and the worker did not show up again. I called and asked for refund of the amount charged for the part which was never installed and the office manager ( who by the way is extremely rude) refused to refund. She told me that I either wait for the worker to show up ( please note that I waited twice) or loose the entire amount. I could not reason with her as all of this seemed unnecessary and unreasonable. So please beware of how you deal with this company, especially what money you hand over to them. Now the whole thing will move to small claims court. This seems to be a trend with this company as I saw another review with similar issue.

  I had the same experience as the previous reviewer. Not sure what exactly he had done, but the $750 quote and having to leave to get the part is not what you pay these exorbitant prices for. This has to be a company ploy, as the plumber could not even guess what the company was charging per hour. He would not even give me SWAG quote for a simple sprinkler manifold ball valve replacement. He would have to call the "office", I guess to get his marching orders. Any BBB complaint of these folks I am sure is justified.

  Kimball and George did a GREAT job of repairing our basement plumbing. The followed the bid price and came out later for another job. Frank and Linda Smolka would recommend the plumbers and your company to others in need of great and well priced work.
