Love this company! These guys are fast & thorough, I’ve used them for 3 pumps so far. They’re reasonably priced & very competent.

We had an urgent problem with our aerobic system. I asked them to take a look and give us an estimate. Justin came the next day and fixed the problem, for a very reasonable price. I'd definitely use their services again and recommend them to septic system problems.

Great same-day friendly service! Would definitely recommend for your septic needs. Our system had a clog and was backing up into the house. The septic professional came out within hours, pumped the tank and unclogged the pipe quickly. I was even provided with some educational advice on maintenance for our traditional system. Service provided was above and beyond what I expected and we will be using Anytime Septic in the future.

We had an issue with the line feeding our laterals.  A neighbor recommended Anytime to us since our normal guy was booked 2 weeks out.  The guy I talked to seemed knowledgeable.  He told us there was 0% financing available, but when the bill came in, it was 10% interest.  I called back to discuss this, and my call was not returned.

After the job was done, the tech didn't even know how much he was supposed to write the ticket up for.  The price he was going to write up was $700 more than what was quoted, which was already a lot higher than other services I have found.

The guy I talked to on the phone never came out to review the work.  He said they would re-seed the grass when done, and that wasn't done either.

I believe the quality of work was ok, but feel that they were overpriced and not honest about the financing. Please shop around.

I’m sorry you feel this way, when we offered you the financing options we told you that it was 0% down. Not 0% interest. I’m going to pass this information on to the Owner this morning and he will be giving you a call today

I agree with other reviewers that this company price-gouges.  The guy who came out to pump our tank couldn't complete the job with the equipment he had (but charged me full price), ruined my new water hose by dipping it in the septic tank, and told me my system was ruined and would require a $2100 repair to keep it from completely backing up.  He told me I only had max 5 days before it completely failed and was hateful when I declined the service.  That was 2 years ago and it is still working fine.  I won't be using them again.

Called the monday morning of spring break, guy was at my house 10 minutes early to my same-day appointment.  Probably took him 35 minutes total, and extremely nice, polite and professional.  Will definitely be our septic guy from here on out.  Highly Recommend!  And this is the first google review I have ever done.

RIP OFF ARTISTS! They wanted 1300 to replace a $200 aerator, dropped my tablet dispenser into my tank and charged $175 and left without telling me, until I complained then lied to my face about my tanks, that didn't stink at all, telling me they were full and needed pumped but never tested the sludge level! Just lie after lie my system was fine until I paid them to ruin it! They will scam you for every penny they can. Do. It trust or call them and save yourself the horror the house will cause. God bless!

If I had read the reviews before calling I would have known what to expect. This company will lie to your face. Do not do business unless u have to and if u do just have them diagnose the problem and go buy the parts yourself and use youtube to install. They do way more than price gouge you get ripped off. Shame on me for trusting them don't fall into the same trap!

Wow, very happy with call and service. Very professional job by justin. Friendly and Very explanatory to make me understand how the septic tank works. Gave me a reasonable and honest price. Will be my go to company for septic pumpingand cleaning.

Total scam artists.

A couple weeks ago they pumped my septic tank and replaced the pump. It was pretty expensive but I've had trouble with so many septic services I was fine with paying it, I just wanted it done. It comes with a 2-year warranty. He specifically mentioned that he replaced all the screws on the tank cover and the electric box also had new screws on it.

A week later the tank was full and the pump wasn't running. I called them out, the same guy came out and told me he just moved the pump around a little bit and the pump kicked on, there was "probably a float that got stuck". Importantly, he told me there is a flow back issue from the drain field and this would continue to happen, so he needed to dig up the drain field and replace all the pipes. That's several thousand bucks, of course.

Today once again the tank is full and the pump was not running. I went out there and decided to wiggle the pump around, trying to get the "float" to do whatever it did before. Nothing happened. Then I looked at the electric box, the one with the brand new screws and noticed the screws are stripped. So I fiddled with them until I got them out and the pump was not plugged in. There's no extra space in that box for the plug to move around and the plug is a snug fit.

He absolutely had to leave it unplugged, no question. Which explains why the brand new screws were stripped, he stripped them the last time he was out when he "wiggled the pump and it kicked on." Meaning he intentionally left it unplugged, told me there's a flow back issue, and wanted to charge me a few thousand dollars to fix a problem I don't have.

The company I called out to fix their disaster immediately knew when I described the issue that Anytime Septic was involved.
