  Brian and James couldn't have been any sweeter. I always feel nervous having repairs done because I have to give my trust over to someone... The guys came in and were so nice and explained things to me ... even answered my MANY questions .... which quickly set my mind at ease and earned my trust. They repaired the outside spigot and now I have a shiny beautiful new one. thanks so much, guys....

  Had a leak at the shut off valve on our side of the meter- at noon on a Sunday. Dennis was able to make it to the complete other end of the county and replace the whole piece in about 3 hours. Completely worth the weekend rates. Highly professional and recommended.

  Joey called to say he was on his way. I told him my issues and he and Jonathan pulled out the oven and found the pipe was leaking. Joey explained in detail what my choices were, and asked if I understood or if I had any questions. Then he wrote down exactly what he said, again asking if I had any questions. The work couldn’t be done today but I had him call the office to set up a day when they could return to get the job done. I feel confident they will get the job done without charging for anything I don’t need. Before they left, they put everything away and cleaned up any mess they had made. First time I felt like I was not getting overcharged and that they were looking out for my best interest. I will gladly refer him to anyone who needs a plumber.
