  We've used Andrew's a handful of times since purchasing a lake house in Dec. 2019. The work they've done has been great BUT they are extremely slow in billing us for the services they have performed. I've asked repeatedly for the bill for when they winterized our cabin in the fall of 2020 and for a water heating element replaced winter of 2021 and we have yet to get it. We also sent a water sample to get a water softener added and we never heard back from him. We definitely were ghosted and don't quite understand why. Its not our fault as we have asked and asked for an invoice and have not received one. They have our cell phone numbers and email. As the client, I've never had to beg for an invoice so we can get things paid, just ridiculous.
