We had an urgent issue at our home with a well line that needed to be disconnected and then reconnected quickly. As a woman it can be scary when dealing with stuff like this because contractors can easily take advantage of my lack of experience/knowledge. Andrew came highly recommended by two of the contractors we were working with and I trust them both so we called him. They arrived the next day and did an amazing and FAST job! During the home inspection when we bought the house we were told by another well company that we were going to need to make a costly repair to the pump in the immediate future... I told Andrew to go ahead and make the repair since he was there. He thoroughly inspected what was recommended by the other company and found it was not defective in any way. He explained what the other company saw and why they were wrong. Andrew saved me thousands of dollars!! He easily could have replaced the parts and I never would’ve questioned it. But he didn’t! As an added bonus... they were incredibly tidy and left the site completely cleaned up! Despite being in West Orange, we will ONLY be using Andrew and his team for any future plumbing and well work we may need.

I’ve lived in Chester for over 20 years, Andrew Hall and Son has taken extremely good care of me and my home. They answer my questions over the phone, they are prompt and courteous. I have septic, well and hard water. An oil burner water heater. Andrew Hall and Son has worked on it all. The technicians are always professional and work in a timely fashion. I would recommend Andrew Hall and Son for all your plumbing needs. I do not think their prices are high, very competitive, and the quality of the work is worth the cost.

They do good work, but get an estimate before they do any work in your house. My water heater was under warranty and started leaking on a Friday. I was desperate and trusted a local shop to do the work, but they know what they are doing and took advantage of the situation. I did not get the estimate at the beginning of the job and to my surprise they charged me $2250+Tax to replace a 75 Gallon tank. Eventually the tank manufacture gave me a $955 refund, and this company was kind enough to let me make payments on this bill, but I strongly suggest that if you don't like surprises get an estimate before they pull their tools out of the truck.
