  I bought an $800 pump from them last year because my irrigation pump went out. I went into the store told them what size the pump was and what I needed it for thinking they would point me in the right direction. When I hooked the pump up it wasn`t working as well all the old pump but was getting the job done. It being mid summer and not being able to be pumpless I let it struggle along all season thinking maybe it was the pump. I brought it in for a warranty service only to find out its the incorrect pump for my application and that the pump is fine... They just sold me the wrong $800 pump. Do not go here for the expertise because apparently they have none or integrity for that matter.

  Fantastic place, well stocked with plumbing/hardware. Staff has been consistently helpful and knowledgeable every time. They'll help you figure out what you need to finish your project. This place over home depot any day.

  I’ve bought a few plumbing parts in the past. Now I mostly buy the Idaho Energy Logs. I do have a question, why don’t they put the prices on what they sell??? Unless they changed that and all there merchandise has prices on them now. It’s annoying to have to ask how much something is before buying it, and really, who does that? That’s the only store in Auburn that does that.
