  Terrible service! The woman that answers the phone is rude! Claims she called me back but never a missed call on my cell. Water heater was installed without an expansion tank which has lead to leaking and failure. Anderson's said I had a ten yr warranty ( then changed their tune) when I called them back and said Six years. I will not be getting my new hot water heater from them that's for sure! Do research on your hot water tanks and make sure these businesses are installing correctly.
