  During the historic snow storm, I had a pipe disconnect from my hot water tank and flood by garage, utility room, kitchen, and dining room. I got the water shut off and called Anderson Plumbing. It was Sunday so all I could do was leave a message. I finally got a call back Monday and was told there was absolutely nothing they could do right now because it wasn’t a disconnected pipe but a frozen pipe that burst. This was said to me without asking to see pictures or coming to see it in person. They told me that although I thought it was an emergency, they had actual other emergencies to get to first. I called a different plumber, they came out and fixed the problem. The other plumber got my water back on and there were no frozen pipes. That plumber said that the disconnection could have happened at anytime of the year, it just unfortunately happened during the snow storm. I would not recommend Anderson Plumbing at all! They speak down to you and will only get to you if it is convenient for them.

  Pat and all his employees are excellent! They went out of their way to fix our shower in an economical way, when they could have charged much more to make it easier on themselves. Their workmanship is first rate! They care about their customers and work to save them money. I can tell their business culture emphasizes good ethics and high quality. I highly recommend Anderson Plumbing!

  Pat and all his staff are outstanding plumbers and honest caring individuals. They start on time, get the job done right the first time and leave the job cleaned up when they leave. You will not find better plumbers!
