  Made an appointment a month out for when we could be at vacation home. Called to confirm but "Mary" knew nothing about it. Said she would call back on Monday...never did, in spite of my leaving 2 more voice mails.

  Very let down by this plumber. I made an appointment with them over a week ago to come and fix out toilet today. I told them I had a deadline since we are having company. No one ever called me today. I left several messages to see if they could even confirm I was on their list. They did not give me the courtesy of a call back. Would not pick up their phone all day long.
