  The communications prior to the job was non existent. I was fortunate to recapture my deposit. Would not recommend!!!!

  Dear Mr. Menefee, I'm sorry we were not able to meet your expectations, but we appreciate your feedback. I personally strive to offer better communications to our customers. I do remember helping with correspondence in regards to your project, and it is disappointing that were were not able to do the work due to the level of the water table on your property which conflicts with the legal guidelines set by TCEQ. When we cannot do the planned project, a customer's deposit is always returned. We hope that you are able to get what you need from another septic provider.
