  My husband has already reviewed but since the owner decided to respond with lies, let me clear some things up. I was the one there on both visits. You were very nice and professional in person, at both visits. The first visit you didn’t even see my husband, only me. I explained the issues. You said you fixed it and I paid the service fee. It was only around 72 that day and our AC was unable to cool to 70. So it was not fixed. We called back. You came out the following Monday. My husband let you in, but had to go to work. So you looked at the AC and spoke to me. You told me you would be turning it in for replacement, that you would send it to your office ASAP and we should hear from the warranty company within 12 hours. A week goes by, still nothing. We call and leave multiple messages. No one calls us back. After another week we get ahold of our warranty company and after looking into the details, they decide to send a different company out. So yes, it is covered. And yes, it’s getting replaced. We didn’t read the other google reviews until you refused to call us back. That’s when we realized there was an issue. Anyone reading all of these reviews is going to realize something is wrong with the way you are doing business.

  The Admire house hold in sand springs has used AMP several times because of our home warranty. They have gone above and beyond every time to make sure we understand the situation and what we can do in the future to prevent the issues we’ve had. Today we had a gentleman come out who was very professional and quick. I don’t know another company that comes out at 7:00am so I can make it to work in time. 100% recommend.

  My experience with AMP Mechanical was tremendous. After having trouble for months with another company, all my issues were resolved within a week of contacting AMP. JJ installed a brand new heat and air system and was very professional from start to finish. I would highly recommend their services.
