  Spoke to Brian explained the problem in a vacant house. Gave him the access code to get in. He would not email a quote but offered to leave it at the property for me to pick up. I arrived the following day driving an hour to get there and found no quote. I called and was informed he wasn't interested for a couple small thing wrong. Disappointed he hadn't told me to begin with and save me 2 hours of driving around today when I have such a busy schedule
