  American Water has been servicing our community well for many years, and we are so grateful for the many times they have responded to emergencies including bringing generators out to keep the well pumping during long-term power outages after storms. This past weekend, we had a lightning strike that took out the power, water and phones in the community. There was significant damage to the controls in the well house among other things. We honestly believed it would be days before water would be restored and were prepared for the worst. One of their guys was here to survey the damage before we were even fully aware of what happened, and their crew worked tirelessly to make the repairs. We had water restored by that evening. This 5-star review is LONG past due, and I would give 100 stars if I could. American Water has proven themselves time and time again. What a blessing to our community and to our family!

  Want to say a big thanks to Shawn, Matt and the crew for doing a great job on my installation for new Tank, filter and softener. They were very polite and professional. Would recommend this company to anyone with hard water or rust in their water.

  Definitely the best crew that I have had work on my water issues. They installed an RO Unit in my kitchen so that we have pure water on hand at all times. We no loner have to buy bottled water or filters for a pitcher filter system. Customer service was top notch. They were respectful and timely. Great guys work for American Water Services. I highly recommend this company.
