  Thanks to American Water & Plumbing. Picked up our filters today. Susan is always friendly and professional. Their Reverse Osmosis system has provided us with clean and "good" water over the years. Even the plants enjoy it.

  I called American Water and Plumbing for a service on my water softener. It needed replacement, That made sense, so I ordered their product called "Patriot." I could find no reviews on line, but it seems fine so far. The product was out of stock , and it took two weeks to get it installed. The installation itself was very quick, under two hours. One issue with the product is that the instruction manual was incorrect in the operation of the bypass valves. I had to call the company to get right. What I am most dissatisfied with is that when the technicians removed my old tank , they took it out through my back lawn in such a way that the remaining salt and brine emptied in an eight-foot long stretch over the grass. I picked up as much as I could, but what remained began killing the grass. Finally I just dug out the line of grass and soil and replaced the soil.

Our product was out of stock for a short period and shipping /freight was delayed due to the Covid 19 pandemic. We are sorry about any confusion on the instruction manual received , but keep in mind that, this is printed by the manufacturer, and not by us- but feel free to contact us with questions anytime. This happened a few weeks ago, and after discussing your dissatisfaction with the technicians.. they said that at your request, they were told to go out the back door, thru the gravel and up the side of a hill for removal. Due to the weight of your brine tank , which was over 100lbs of salt & water, and the incline of the hill- the tank wobbled and tipped over off of the hand truck and rolled down hill. They tried to clean up as best as possible, however the salt water was probably the main culprit here. We apologize for any inconvenience you experienced. Please contact the office so that we can remedy the situation.

  American Water and Plumbing is now my first pick to go to for any future plumbing problems I may have. I have used them for 2 separate issues. I had a clogged drain that backed up into my house and I also had a pipe break in the wall in our shower. It was an absolute mess and the smell was horrible. The technician was friendly, professional and had the problems fix quickly. I was surprised that he was willing to come to my home so late at night, way after business hours. It was amazing to have someone who genuinely cared that my kids and I had everything fixed correctly and at an honest price before they left my home. 5 Stars!!!
