  ***Warning*** Please do not use this company. They installed the wrong equipment and despite having a warranty, they will not honor it. Mike the owner refuses to call or email me back. have an email thread proving my water was never fixed. They came out twice but then kept stinging me along. I now have to pay an additional $3100 on top of what I have already spent with them to get the correct unit installed. Horrible customer service, rude and just plain wrong. I've reported them to the BBB and the Washington State Office of the Attorney General.

  Dana, We are very sorry for the frustrations this has caused. Our team delivered on everything that was initially quoted in November of 2020. Unfortunately, our sales rep did fail to recognize you had a bad pressure tank component. Due to that oversight, we replaced it at no extra cost to you. We also sent out technicians to test your water in April and May of 2021. We would like to speak with you regarding the additional cost of $3100, that you mentioned, as we are wondering who quoted you that amount. We do apologize as your messages were received but we did not respond as quickly as we would have liked to. Mike has recently reached out to you a couple of times and has left voicemails.   I can not explain my appreciation for this company. They went above and beyond my expectations. After dealing with another well company for 4 months.. and having terrible communication & not sticking to their word, dealing with Mike was such a relief and a breath of fresh air. He was able to swing by for a site visit within a couple days of us reaching out. He then was able to get his team on site to start drilling the following week. Despite the not so great conditions on our property due to the recent rain fall, they did not disappoint. What a great team you guys have! Again thank you so much for all the hard work you have put towards our dreams. Thanks again, Kiana & Erica Cunningham

  As a Realtor, I only trust the best plumbing and electrical outfits with my customers. One of the smartest things you can do when you purchase a home with its own water source is have the well tested and inspected. American Pump always sends an experienced professional out promptly. They are always on time and able to explain the whole water system to my clients, and pull and test water samples to insure safety. I also refer clients to American Pump/Tim's Well Drilling who need a well dug for new construction. I couldn't recommend them more!
