  I reached out to Chad and explained our remodel project and that I was getting conflicting information about whether or not I needed a permit from the county. To be safe, Chad scheduled time for his team to review the work because we needed to move a drains because we are converting our tub to a walk in shower. We discussed pricing and Casey and Jack came out on 1/24 to perform the work. We're waiting for the county inspector to approve within the next couple of days. Chad was personable and listened to my concerns. I felt confident in the process and thankful that I found American Plumbing Services. I will be using them again and look forward to working with them again. Chad, Casey and Jack, thanks for coming through and helping to make sure my plumbing was done according to Mecklenburg County and is up to code. Many thanks!!

  This company is absolutely amazing at what they do, and very professional! I would highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs. The owner returned my phone call within ten minutes, and was able to work me into their schedule that same day. When finished with the work they meticulously cleaned up behind themselves, and made sure I was completely happy with the work they did! I'm a SUPER SATISFIED customer who will only call American Plumbing Services for any future plumbing needs, or refer them to all of my friends and family... GREAT JOB!!!

  We had our home re-piped this week after we had our 5th leak. PEX pipes not working well at all. Called Chad and he was able to help us. His team did our entire small home in under 2 days. Including installing a new filtration system and fixing our bathroom sinks which they found the drains were not properly done. The price for everything was reasonable and he and his team were very professional. Great work and strongly recommend them for your next plumbing project.
