  We have used American twice over the last few months: first to install a new AC unit, then to find and repair a leak from our second story leaking through our kitchen. The administrative staff is always friendly and helpful, the technicians are on time, honest, and professional. Good quality work and fair prices. Very happy and will continue to use this company.

  My water heater blew in the middle of the night during the winter when a lot of other people had the same problem. Connor and his associate showed up on time to replace my unit the next day, were very courteous and polite and made sure everything was in working order before they left. They were also respectful of my home making sure not to drag snow into the house. I couldn't be more pleased with the service and will be sure to use them again the next time I need something.

  Working on a large datacenter installation and Tommy and Eric rode in like the Calvary to save the day when we found leaks in the plumbing of our large cooling system. Eric was on site that day and worked to get Tommy assigned to resolving all of my issues. They were always attentive to my priorities and provided courteous and prompt service. At times with as many as four employees to quickly address everything. They were always conscience of my cost and reduced personnel to appropriate levels as needed. They were great to work with, I would recommend them and would be happy to use them again in the future.
