  Have been waiting 2 hrs for them to show. Why make an 8:15 am appt if you're not going to show up?! Who can recommend a reliable company? Now I'd give a zero if possible. They didn't show up for my 2 hr appt so I called. They told me they were rerouted to Crestview! And that it would be at least 2-3 more hrs! Horrible company, EXTREMELY unprofessional!

  I have to say they did good at finding the leaks. We should have stopped there and gone with another plumber. The plumber they sent had to come back out and fix the toilet because it was grouted in crooked. The plumber then had to come back and fix the shower, which caused us to have the drywall repaired twice.
