  I CALLED TO INQUIRE FOR BUSINESS AND FRED WAS VERY MUCH UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT BOTHER ASKING QUESTIONS, HIS ILL-TEMPERED BEHAVIOR WAS THE WORST. HE DOES NOT HAVE ANY KNOWLEDGE OF CUSTOMER CARE. BEWARE! STAY AWAY!! EDIT: Frank called me to resolve the issue that occurred with Fred. With what seemed to be an in-genuine call at first just to get the review removed/fixed, I am fixing this review due to his best efforts. He did his best to defuse the situation and straighten things out. While this should not have occurred in the first place, I am willing to give this company a chance at business. This is my honest review. Thanks. 4 stars for efforts.

  called them out for slab leak in my unit they show up on-time, pin point the leak under slab, cover the entire area jackhammer the slab fix leak with high quality pipe and fitting, they did really clean job with really fair price . i am recommending American Ace Plumbing to every one
