  I am not the customer, my neighbor is, your team has been doing a job on Mossy Bank Dr, at an Apartment complex and I have watched them for 3 days now. Currently they are finished and are in the process of packing up and leaving. But something is happening that I have never seen any plumbing company do before. They are going above and beyond cleaning up, they have pressure washed the driveway of the place their working on they even washed the guys dirty bicycle. They are leaving the place in much better shape than when they found it. Who does this, it is so unusual to see a company care about leaving the place cleaner then what they found, I am more than impressed. The guys doing the job have very pleasant to have around and they made sure to keep all pathways open for the rest of to get around. America's Plumbing Co. Whatever you are training your people is definitely service above and beyond. You have to be the best Plumbing company in the greater Sacramento area. 5 BIG STARS FOR YOU.

  I have to say that Tom and American Plumbing Co. were amazing! My kitchen sink plugged up about a week ago and I called a local plumbing company (with really good reviews in Placerville) to unclog the sink. The plumber arrived at my house drunk. He had what looked like a 20-something year old apprentice trying to do the job, and the young man couldn't snake the drain or remove the pipes. The plumber told me he would have to come back in 2 days to tear out the wall and replace the pipes for $900. When I called back the next day to confirm that he would be at my place on Thursday, he didn't remember anything but said he would come. On Friday, after he didn't show up (!), he stopped answering the phone. I called AMERICA'S PLUMBING COMPANY (all the way in Sacramento!) because my local plumbers weren't available until Monday. The woman who answered the phone said they didn't service Placerville, but then, when she heard what had been happening, she asked me to hang on, and she got TOM to come up on Saturday. He was super smart and competent. He took off the pipe, realized he needed to replace a corroded iron pipe, and gave me an estimate for the job: $630. He did not have to tear out the wall because he is super competent, and he did replace some piping and install a clean-out. Tom is a great plumber in his 30's, just beginning in the trade (with 6 years of experience) and he's a really great person to boot. Honest, direct, competent. Thank you TOM and AMERICA"S PLUMBING CO!

  I woke up Sunday morning to a broken irrigation pipe which resulted in having no water at all. I had to find someone who was open on Sunday and available ASAP, and I decided to call this company because I liked what other customers said about their work. I am glad I called. The receptionist was very friendly and sent someone over within thirty minutes. Larry was knowledgeable and straight to the point. He pointed out the issues, the causes that lead to the break, and what he could do to fix it. More importantly, I didn't feel like he was trying to upsell me on anything, which is something I am very cautious about as a customer. There was no pressure to buy anything at all. He spent some time to put together a few proposals and laid them all out. He explained clearly why he was proposing certain fixes in addition to the necessary repairs. Maybe I could have shopped around for lower prices from different companies, but I liked what he said about the quality of their work, which I did not want to settle for when it came to housing repairs like plumbing. He was extremely patient with my questioning, which I appreciated because I like to ask a lot of questions. Overall, I am very happy with the work they did, and they will be the first company I call for plumbing services.
