  The 3 overall from 35 reviews is well earned. Came out and refused to do anything until we cut a small piece of tile. While it took all 5 min to do with a Dremel tool (not sure why they don't carry more tools than a wrench) they had already left. Have since been totally unresponsive. So we fixed ourselves and now they are fighting to keep us from getting our home warranty refunded. Shady business.

  Jose came out and installed a brand new water heater for us after our original one of over 12 years sprung a leak and needed to be replaced. Our home warranty referred Alverez plumbing and Jose came out right away and completed the work on time very professionally. He answered all questions and made sure that the work was done correctly and showed me how to work the new unit without issue. I highly recommend them and Jose!

  They took care of us when our HW tank started leaking. We've used them since for a couple other projects and will again.
