  Nice people but would not be able to recommend because of issues with communication and questionable practices when it came to safety. They did not make scheduled appointment. Took the day off work and despite repeated attempts to confirm, they cancelled and rescheduled the night before. On the day of the install of pipe from propane tanks to new LP range, a faulty regulator caused the pressure from the tank to the range to flow far above recommend levels. Range was shaking and making loud noises from the pressure yet they still lit the burners and the resulting explosion of excess gas inside my cabin , engulfing the appliance , was quite impressive.Faulty equipment happens, not their fault at all , but when it was thought to be a regulator problem the part should have been tested before lighting the appliance, just to be safe. Needed to get a new regulator for tank AND stove now. They put existing regulator back on tank. They said they would get a new tank regulator to replace the faulty one and stove regulator to replace the one that was blown out. Communication on progress was nonexistent again. So we got a new stove regulator ourselves and put it in. We told them to leave the old tank regulator in place because it was at least working despite its age. We let them know we took care of these things ourselves and would like to go ahead and settle the bill for the work they did do. BINGO, Communication was now excellent. I got a full bill on a Holiday and a reminder that they sent the bill just a few hours later. So again , they are real nice people but maybe not the most cautious or responsive. I would not be able to recommend them based on my experience with them.

  We just purchase a house in Divide. The dishwasher died and while we were trying to repair we noticed some very curious plumbing under the sink. I called three plumbing companies and Altitude was the only one that called me back. They sent a tech out the very next day. Cole was polite, professional, and very competent. He made suggestions and fixed the issue. The price was extremely reasonable. I value good customer service. Cole made sure we were satisfied and asked for our future business. Trust me not enough companies do that. Altitude is my plumbing company going forward and I highly recommend them.
