  Alternative Plumbing was one of the only plumbing companies that would come out to fix gas line leaks. They were very professional & affordable & knowledgeable. We would definitely use & refer them for future jobs.

  The tech that came out was nice, however, I hired them to clear my sewer line, at the cleanout, went to the tank, but didn't bother to go the other direction. Now, just over 30 days later having the SAME issues. They wanted me to pay again. I told them no thanks, that the job should of been done right the first time. Will not recommend. Lesson learned.

  I have used in the past with no problems, they are normally fast and efficient. A lil costly but I believed always paying for good quality service for plumbing UNTIL recently.. I can not question their quality but their common courtesy I question now. They were on the schedule for a property of mine. Which later got rescheduled. The day of rescheduled I Called and made sure we were still on. I was assured we were. Then they did a NO call NO show. And now two weeks later still no word. Needless to say we were ready to pay lots and because they did that we were forced to go a different route. Epically since their website says same day, or emergency calls. I called on got scheduled one day (plumber got sick or emergency and forced to reschedule- not made at plumber ) mad at the fact that was never further contact Their lack of customer courtesy will not use them in future works
