We just had Ian Shriner out to clean out our dryer vent. He arrived promptly at 8:15 and was done by 9:00. He got all the lint out of our vent and then cut down our venting and " re angled" it so that the lint wouldn't get stuck. He was super nice and friendly.

Highly recommend. Our AC was not keeping up in the heat of the summer so I called Alternative Air. Our technician, Ian, was professional and easy to work with. He explained what the problem was and proposed solutions. He was able to explain the issue to me in a way that was easy to follow and understand. The service call was $100 which when the temps are over 100, was worth every penny!

Both Omar and Ian were great and very professional. Our AC went out about a week ago. Alternative air came out after hours to repair it. Turns out the coil was broken, they quickly shipped it and spent quite a few hours making sure everything was good to go. Couldn’t recommend them more!

We have had to contact Alternative Air in a pinch on several occasions and they always arrive quickly and get the job done well! It is nice knowing you have a reliable business to contact when things like your AC go array (we are some hot blooded individuals).

Ian Shriner was very professional and diagnosed the problem almost immediately and our AC was fixed within 30min of us calling!
