Sad such a reputable company would be such a hastle to do business with. 6 weeks for siding turned into 9 months. Dont believe what these people tell you for wait times, they will string you along. 1 star, and never to return business again. Hope someone there will see this along with all the other 1 stars and do something. Maybe close doors for good! Sunrise, Eire materials, Ryan windows, ABC supply, liverpool lumber. Go ahead and try to compete with these great companies out there. I do business with all these guy and have done for many years. Alside must be owned by a millionare that has no sence of customer service and just looking for that $$.

Purchased 5 average quality windows, 4 of the 5 windows had damaged screens, I was on site when the windows were unpackaged so I know the damage was not done by the contractor. When I went to the Venture Gear site to get some sort of resolution, the guy at the counter was rude and immediately told me to contact Alside warranties or go on line and enter a claim. I tried the online warranty and there was no area for damaged screens so I placed a call to the warranty center where I was told that the screens are not warranted and was told to go back to the Venture Gear site. So what I have here is the chicken or the egg thing going on. Nobody wants to take accountability for my damaged product. Would never do business with this unreliable company again.

Beware! Alside windows are supposed to have a lifetime warranty. One of our windows broke. After weeks of getting the run around from both the local office and the 1-800 number they tell us they no longer support our model! So much for lifetime warranty! In addition, the mechanism that holds the sash up has failed on three of our windows. These windows are junk! Very poor customer service and the employees at the local office are rude and not at all helpful! We will never do business with this company again! We regret doing business with them!
