The team with Alpine Refrigeration were very nice, courteous, and professional. We needed to get the heat exchanger replaced and it was still under warranty, they were prompt to getting the correct part ordered and then scheduled a time for them to perform the replacement. The team were very proficient and explained things about it as I asked for my own knowledge. Will definitely call them again as the summer is around the corner and need to make sure the house is cooled properly.

I got in touch with Alpine after we discovered our air conditioner had a leak and the refrigerant it used was obsolete, necessitating a new unit entirely. Alpine gave me a very fair price for a new Lennox unit with installation, unlike some other companies I had gotten in touch with. Their seasoned team completed the installation in a few hours and the unit has been running great for 3+ years. I have also used Alpine for periodic issues with our furnace, which once required a motherboard replacement and had a dirty flame sensor another time. Each time they have been very responsive, and accurately diagnosed and fixed the problem. I look forward to doing continued business with them as well as recommending them to friends and family!

My parents are in their 70’s and when they needed AC in 90+ degrees last August, Alpine installed a new unit that did not work. Alpine then ignored their multiple calls, refused to replace the brand new AC unit they had installed and refused to refund approximately $5,000 for the cost of the unit and installation.
Response from the owner
We have been in contact with your parents several times by phone and email. The AC and Coil were installed in August. When they had an issue, we came immediately and replaced the line set at no charge which was involved and not included in the original price. Soon after, the compressor failed and we arranged to change it, also immediately, at no charge. They insisted that they wanted the whole unit replaced, which required approval by the Manufacturer. Alpine made an accommodation and agreed to replace the unit. At the time, your parents did not want to change the unit because it was Fall (only September) and they were done with the system for the season. I left phone messages and have an email dated 9/14/21 to your Step Father to that effect, with an attempt to immediately replace the unit. We have tried several times to grant their wishes and have been rebuffed. In addition, as of 12/29/21 they did not pay for the permits at the township, nor has the system been inspected. Alpine covered the price to avoid penalty. It's too bad you could not have called and spoken to someone before posting negative and inaccurate information, and we could have resolved this. You can call the office and speak with Robin and we will find resolution.
