Alpine was excellent! I woke up with my furnace not running, I called Alpine and Heidi explained how they operate their service calls so I knew exactly what to expect. Alpine sent Ron out within a few hours. Ron was able to fix my furnace and made sure everything was working correctly including the fan before he left. Ron was very professional and knowledgeable of what he was doing, explained to me what he was doing and what the issue was and what he had to do to fix it. I highly recommend Alpine.

The office personnel was friendly, helpful and efficient!  Ron, the service and repair tech,
was knowledgeable, friendly and patient. He took time to explain the issues and repairs needed.  Alpine has always responded quickly and and works diligently to provide service promptly.

Kyle did an amazing job repairing our furnace. He made sure that we had heat while the furnace was down, and came back quickly to finish once he had the correct part. Only nitpick would be that he did not  verify that the part was not out of warranty, just made an educated guess based on the install date of the furnace. However, upon us asking, he did follow up promptly with the manufacturer and once it was verified as under warranty he removed the price of the part from our invoice. All in all a great job!

Kyle was very knowledgable and courteous.  He explained things in a way we could understand and patiently answered all of our questions.  He was also very prompt in responding to our service call.  It was a positive experience!!

Our gas fireplace was not working correctly. Carl was able to figure out the problem and do the necessary repairs. He was very prompt, professional and friendly. Excellent service experience - Thanks!

Ron came from Alpine Climate Control and he was very nice and very professional.  He is so knowledgeable about heating systems and we highly recommend him for any issues that you may have.  Alpine Climate Control has always responded very quickly to our needs and is extremely helpful and very kind whenever we have contacted them.  We will definitely keep using them for all of our heating needs.

I was pleasantly pleased how quickly they were able to schedule an appointment to have my AC and heating checked for general maintenance. Kyle was professional and quite helpful even though I have a different system which required extra research to figure out how it works. Kyle was patient and positive. I feel confident going forward and was extremely thankful with how kind and helpful Kyle was and how he took time to explain how my system works.

Carl came and repaired the condensation unit and performed an HVAC performance check. He also replaced the capacitor in the AC unit. He was very cordial, professional and knowledgeable about my system.
