I am extremely happy with the service provided by Allure Plumbing & Heating. Our heat stopped working during a particularly cold week and Jim was SO responsive. He squeezed us in during a busy week, assessed the problem and solved the issue quickly and efficiently, while taking the time to answer all my questions and explain everything along the way. Jim was an absolute pleasure to deal with - clearly an expert with an incredible amount of knowledge, professional, courteous and friendly. On top of all of that, his work is excellent and done at a fair and honest price. I would HIGHLY recommend Jim and his team to anyone!

Jim is fair, honest and does excellent work, you can't ask for much more. He has a team of guys led by Nick and another guy who's name escapes me but they're all awesome. I know nothing about plumbing, preventative maintenance, etc - they explain everything and they don't make you feel like a dunce in the process. If you have plumbing needs, give these guys a ring, we've used them twice and they're phenomenal. Professional, on time, and reasonable.

Jim and his team did a wonderful job on replacing our boiler. They were extremely responsive from the start (especially important during the winter) and on the day of the job were on time and professional. I am happy to say that we immediately felt the difference. We also use Allure for all our plumbing needs and have been for years. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
