  We’ve had Allred’s out to our house to provide services twice recently and each time the service was excellent! In both cases, the guys arrived on time, were very polite, worked quickly and cleaned up beautifully. Mike and Reed set up the water supply and drainage in a new laundry room and replaced our main water shutoff valve. Mike took the time to make sure I understood how and when to use the new valve. About a month later, one of our 2 ancient water heaters started leaking. I called the emergency line at Allred’s; David called back and patiently walked me through how to turn off and drain the problem water heater until they could get out. Josh and Mark subsequently came out to install 2 tankless water heaters – which are beautiful! Josh provided a very thorough education on the new systems and helped me install the tracking app on my phone. The office staff (Jordan, Alina and Tameka) were equally impressive – very friendly, responsive and professional. We’re very happy with the service provided!

  Ben and Josh came out to my home to service my furnace which had not been serviced by the previous owner since it was installed in 2012. They were on time, very professional, very knowledgeable, but most of all honest. One part did need to be replaced and Ben made sure to take the time to explain and show me that the part was not working properly. This extra step of explanation and demonstration puts trust in the consumer that they are not being taken advantage of for the work being done. I will definitely be recommending Allred's Plumbing to anyone who needs work done. 5 out of 5 - great people!

  Josh & Ben showed up to do an estimate and I agreed to proceed. They left saying they would have the office call me back when they could get me scheduled- probably just a day or two as they had the items in stock. To my surprise, they came back in about 15 minutes saying they could get it installed today! I said, "Let's do it" and they did it. In and out in about 4 hours and my wife and I were thrilled with their speed and professionalism. You can bet we're hanging onto Allred's number the next time we need a plumber. Thanks so much!
