  Rico was incredible! The response time was excellent and he stayed until he was confident the sewage issue was corrected. He even ensured the area was cleaned. Moving forward, I would only call Allied with any plumbing issues that arise.

  The technician came to clean out the roots in my main line. He was a nice guy and seemed to get in and out quite efficiently. Problem was, we had a sewer camera ran after from the buyers that showed SEVERAL roots and debris still in the line! They are going to have to come out again to clean the line.

  A note on this review - When a Google Review doesn't go in our favor, we always reach out to make right on the issue no matter the size or scope. Usually we do this through the Google Reply feature. For this issue we quickly made phone contact with the customer and requested the video so that we could locate the issue to satifatorily get it resolved. The customer agreed to send it. After two more attempts and no response we are at a loss on regaining Erik's trust in Allied. An open offer stands for the video for us to review it, and if there is an issue, an open offer stands to fix whatever might be the cause of it. One other note - Tree roots are an ever-present threat to yard drains. You can clean them thoroughly, only to have roots return as part of the tree's ongoing quest for water. Wherever there is an opportunity to break through the drain's outer lining the issue will continue. In homes with heavily treed yards, drain cleaning should be a scheduled service based on the root encroachment level to keep things flowing properly.

  The winter storm did not stop Allied from responding to our emergency. Five other companies said no due to weather (which is understandable).We had a desperate situation and Rico came and resolved it for us! He was professional and so helpful even though he had to travel over treacherous roads. Thank you Rico! Thank you Allied! We will 100% call you again!
