  My waterline, between my meter and my house, began leaking. I needed immediate help. Called Alliance Wednesday afternoon. They came out Thursday morning and found the problem. Unfortunately, my waterline broke under my driveway and required a new line from the meter to my house. By that afternoon, all utilities were marked and Alliance had a directional driller come to the house and install a casing pipe. On Friday morning, Alliance came and pulled a new pipe all the way from the meter into my basement. They finished the work, had my water back on Friday. When they left, you couldn’t tell that there was any work done. My front yard was perfect, my 16 year old bush was replanted. I can’t overstate how happy I am that I called these guys. No question, these guys and the directional driller were outstanding. OUTSTANDING! PROFESSIONAL! QUALITY! Thank you Alliance!!!

  An Amazing customer focussed and professional company. We have utilized Alliance on 4 separate occasions for different issues ranging from leaky shower drain to leaky water pipes to toilet valve issues. Each experience, with their owner when scheduling and with their professional plumbers while in our home, was consistently excellent. Thorough and honest communication, skilled in home plumbers with customer service skills and high quality work at a fair price! Our most recent issue happened late on a Sunday night. I sent a text hoping for a reply early Monday. I was very pleased to get a reply in minutes and was really impressed that the owner took the time to help coach me with a short term fix and then worked his schedule to accommodate the repair the very next day!!!! Alliance is Awesome!!!!

  I have finally found our go to plumber! Dimitri and his team are responsive, honest, and full of integrity. Just fantastic. In August, I called them about a leak in our laundry room. After talking about the situation on the phone, Dimitri advised that we call an appliance repair company as it was probably not a plumbing issue. He was right! In March, we had noticed our water bill had skyrocketed. I called Dimitri and he responded immediately. Had his guys out the next day. It was a leak between the water meter and the house. They presented two options, replace the entire line or find the leak and repair. I asked for Dimitri’s honest opinion and instead of pushing the more expensive option, he help us make the right choice for us. They do great work at the right price and most importantly are trustworthy.
