Amazing service!! Great staff with a great sense of humor!!! They helped me out from the moment I walked into the store. They are so efficient I only spent about 3 minutes in the store getting what I needed. They also have absolutely anything and everything you will ever need for any job!!! This is the only store I will go to from now on for my plumbing and water needs!!!

I went to Allen's today to get some Beckett AFG oil burner parts. I am a DIY homeowner who tackles every project imaginable. In doing a nozzle and electrode check yesterday I dropped the oil line retaining nut down inside the blower assembly. To retrieve it I had to pull off the motor and blower. as it turns out, I had reinstalled the motor somehow a little off center and it tripped the Genisys burner control. That was the start of the problem. I was getting no oil flow from the bleeder nipple. I had great flow from the tank. I tested the solenoid for 120v and had no voltage at all. This led be to assume I had damaged the Genisys burner control, which I did. This morning, I headed to Allen's. I had previously bought water well equipment from them and I replaced my oil tank with their parts and guidance. The counter person at Allen's was Johnny Allen. He was great! He guided my through the Genisys replacement process. He also suggested I purchase a new motor coupler which I did and he gave me installation instructions. I never would have known about that. It turns out I had reinstalled the motor improperly and did not get the old coupler to properly connect to the oil pump. With Johnny's help, I got this connected properly. After installing this stuff I now had 120 volts going to the pump solenoid and was getting great oil flow once again. The burner now started up but shut down after firing for 15 seconds, time after time. Something else was wrong. I phoned Johnny for advice. He told me to jump the CAD connectors in the burner control. When I removed the control I found that one the the yellow wires had fallen off the spade connector. Pushed it back on and now the burner works excellently. I was at wits end with this Beckett AFG oil burner. Everything now is running great. Saved me a huge service call charge. Thank you Johnny. He really knows his stuff! Bob Hammond

Dont waste your time. I went in to ask what parts i need to hook up a propane tank. After showing a picture of a cap on outlet side of tank to the younger counterperson. He ecused me of not paying a propane bill because of the cap on tank fitting. Went on to say that hes a plumber?and cant get involved. I would have thought if someone is so experienced they would have known of this part. Thanks to Google i found out its only a cap used for when tranporting your tanks. And the key for it is readily available online for 5$ I'll spend my money elsewhere for parts
