  We used Allen’s Plumbing based on a recommendation from a coworker and after working with him, we’ll be recommending him, too. We hired him to install a water heater we had purchased on our own; unlike other plumbers we had contacted, he didn’t spend time trying to tell us we should have gone directly through him or insist he come out to give us a quote first and charge a fee for the visit. (I understand these things can certainly be relevant and useful in some situations, but they weren’t in ours and we appreciated Allen respecting that.) He was efficient, timely, friendly, and stuck to the price he quoted. He seemed like a genuinely good guy, to boot. It was just myself and my two young daughters home when he came to install the heater, and when I asked him for his ID as a safety precaution, he gave no pushback and was very receptive. We felt safe and comfortable with him in our home. Thanks, Allen!
