  They absolutely refuse to do ANYTHING to make things right with their customers. We had a clog in our plumbing causing our shower to back up and called Allen Curry Plumbing to come out and clear it for us. We paid $280 on a Thursday afternoon, the problem seemed to be fixed and they left. We went out of town Thursday night, and upon returning Friday evening we found our kitchen sink backed up with sewage, and the master bathroom shower filled with sewage and overflowed onto the floor, damaging our hardwood floor. Obviously, the clog was not cleared and was simply moved. They were not open on the weekend, so we dealt with backed up sewage all over our house for two days and then called first thing Monday morning and were essentially told that we "must have done something" to cause the problem because it was fine when they left, and they could send someone out to "look at it", but if they had to work on it we would be charged. They refused to offer us even a partial refund, and $280 is a lot of money wasted because they didn't even fix the problem. No one called me back for several hours, no one answered when we called back to get an ETA, and since we have children not having use of our dishwasher, sinks, and bathrooms was no longer an option, so we had to call another company and pay an additional $400 to have the problem fixed. Company #2 confirmed that all the previous plumbers did was move the clog into a different part of the house and it was not cleared out when they came. I understand they did come out and make an attempt, so I'm not even asking for a full refund, just SOMETHING since their work was unsuccessful, I had to pay another company to fix the problem and now I am having to get quotes on flooring repairs as well. All they were willing to offer us was a coupon for a free service call in the future, and I don't see how we could possibly trust them after the customer service we received.

  I noticed one of our toilets was leaking likely due to a bad wax ring. Allen Curry Plumbing was the third company I called and had reasonable rates and an available appointment in a couple of days. They did say if anyone was available sooner they would call. I needed the toilet repaired and an outside hose bib replaced. Less than one hour later, Craig was here to fix the plumbing issues! He was courteous and professional. Our hose bib was replaced correctly even though it was a tougher than usual job involving crawling under our house, and the toilet leak fixed and everything completely cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommend this company. Will be calling them for future projects!

  Very reasonable price. Called when they were on the way. Answered our questions that we understood. We will definitely use them again if needed in future
