  have cinch home warranty, need a claim for a shower valve that will not adjust temperature. After several phone calls with this business was finally able to have someone return call and again after several tries had someone come out. Mind you this took 3 weeks from when claim was filed to when someone came out. Plumber , if you can call him that, came out took a few pictures of shower and said it was a valve issue that is common problem, but be prepared to battle cinch. So weeks later and several calls later we learn from cinch claim was denied because plumber falsely claimed valve was tampered with, claim we tried to fix it, and couldn't duplicate the problem, which I would agree you can't duplicate it if you never turned the water on to check to begin with.

  I have a Cinch home warranty and they keep assigning this business to resolve my claim. This business has never contacted me, and when I call, their number is disconnected. They tell Cinch that they've made the appointment and take Cinch's money, but never actually do any of the work. SCAM.

  My warranty company Cinch sent this plumbing company to my house. They reported to my warranty company it was due to a frozen pipe which was a lie. So, my warranty company Cinch denied the claim and he quoted us 2200.00 dollars of work, which my husband knew it was a scam.. When my comforted him, and I had the warranty company on the phone who was willing to hear all details of how he came up with this assessment. He said he would later that he had another job to do! Beware if your warranty company sends them to your home! Scammers! I had a great company Hiller access the issue and it was not a frozen pipe, but a leak from a pipe coming unglued!! Hiller charged not even 500.00 to fix Vs 2200.00 this company quoted !
