  Total waste of time and money. This company was great a year or two ago but not anymore. It's nearly impossible to reach anyone during their "business hours". Voice mail messages are not returned. The "techs" that finally came out to fix our overflowing pump tank charged us $750 for doing next to nothing. Within one month our pump tank overflowed again and it was due to the check valve that they installed and charged us $750 for! I contacted AllCounty and sent them pictures to document their error and I heard NOTHING in return. They just took our money and ran. My recommendation is to call someone else with your septic issues because they don't care.

  Hercules at All County Septic was a complete disappointment. He charged us $500 and never came through with anything, much less what he promised. He led us on month after month as we lived without a septic system. I am still waiting for his return call he promised to give me in 48 hours and that was over 5 months ago. A total expensive disappointment.

  These guys are under contract to keep my septic system functioning. They do their job with positive attitudes, are punctual and communicative.
