  I called this company to see if they can send me a proposal. the girl on the phone sounded like she was half asleep. when she told me they don't provide quotes on services I was appalled like how do they do any business. the girl was rude and hung up. this company obviously doesn't want to be in business so I am going to help their cause. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY. LET THEM GO BANKRUPT. IF THE OWNER SEES THIS MAYBE HE WILL GET RID OF THIS PERSON IF HE KNEW WHAT WAS GOOD FOR HIM, KEN. SHE ISNT DOING YOU ANY GOOD AND TAKING HER JOB FOR GRANTED

  The worse experience, over price and rude. I had them come take a look at my navien water heater but had to wait on the his coworker who took longer than expected to come and was told i would be notified when he would get here. He never showed up but i had to pay 350$ plus tax for just that one worker who wasn't event the technician to eye the system and tell me what he thought was the issue. Not very ethical.
