  Alex is the absolute best. He had to deliver some bad news about my AC unit but he made sure to explain everything to me in detail. I felt confident that he was doing everything he could to fix the issue. He worked for hours fixing something that most businesses would have just said to gut and replace. He was especially kind and thorough during the whole process and took extra care in while in my home. He is my go to guy now for all things plumbing and heating... would definitely recommend!! Thanks so much Alex :)

  Please check other reviews ( like yelp) in addition to google. The person who came out for diagnosis on AC condenser claimed he was not a salesman. Claiming this is what other companies do when sending people out for a diagnostic. He assured that he is also the main technician who oversees the labor to ensure quality. On day of installation he was no where to be found. This was first red flag. They also assured that building permits would be obtained to satisfactorily complete work. I checked to make sure it was reflected on the contract before moving fwd and it was. However, the proper steps were not followed and when I tried contacting them for assistance I got the run around. Long story short they do not follow through on their upfront commitments to quality of work. I would not recommend.

  Had a great experience using All Week Plumbing & AC in Garfield, NJ. The tech, Alex Q., was prompt, professional, efficient & pointed out all the issues with my current AC system. Making an appointment was easy & it was confirmed by email. I received text messages when the tech was on his way. Alex Q. was very helpful. he replaced my Ac system with a fair price.
