  Jake helped diagnose the problem and helped develop a solution. Once the flange was modified, he came back and helped reinstall the toilet. Verified the problem was fixed. Fast, very knowledgeable, trustworthy. All-Ways will be my plumber for any plumbing needs going forward.

  I built a base to clear the gas line on the back wall and to clear the AC lines on the front. Upgraded from a 50 Gallon to a Bradford White 75 Gallon (I call it THE BEAST). Added a 3M AP430SS scale inhibitor cartridge. Its not a filter, it treats the water with a polyphosphate at 2-3 parts per million PPM. It keeps the calcium and magnesium molecules bonded to the H2O molecules, reducing internal scale buildup, keeping heat transfer at peak efficiency, and increases tank longevity.
