  Always available, friendly service! Unfortunately, my view of them has changed. They never showed for and appointment and when I left a message they never called back. I won't likely use them again. I don't like leaving bad reviews either...I try to focus on the positive.

  Called Dennis @ 3:00pm on a Monday afternoon to request an emergency pump out because our basement had flooded. Dennis said he would send someone out to get us taken care of and call me back with the time. After an hour of no response, I called Dennis back at the same number, I got his voice mail so left my name and number and requested a call back even if they decided they couldn’t get to me so I could find another company since my basement was flooded. I waited another hour and still no response, called Dennis back again and still - no answer. Would not recommend this company due to lack of customer communication and lack of response in an emergency situation. Very poor customer service.

  My husband and I were faced with some very unexpected issues with our septic and All Type Septic was who we called. They informed us of the prices and work we could possibly do ahead of time to save a few extra bucks. I called and asked to set up the appointment the next day and they came out later that afternoon and took care of our problem. Very professional and very affordable!
