  Can you give zero stars. I thought I found the worst of plumbing in the Niles area with moody plumbing, but at least the showed up. I called STEVE Monday, the water in just the bathroom sink had stopped. No problem he says if I'm not there today I'll be there first thing tomorrow. To be honest I was a little annoyed to not even hear from him the rest of Monday, but fully expected that I would hear from him the first part of the day on Tuesday. It was almost 11:30 Tuesday when I called his dispatch center and she let me know he tried to call me 100 times ... .? No missed calls I say. He calls me back a few minutes later to let me know that it was totally his bad he wrote down my number wrong, he was so mad he "called you everything but white" (yes he actually said that) he apologized for the situation and said he would be out within the day. Imagine my overwhelming annoyance as the day turns in to night and I once again finding myself making contact the next morning, this time 8:30 ... just a text with the address and a ? , he called me back and let me know that he was way to busy to even think about calling me yesterday and he's out of town today . words were definitely exchanged, both was. I guess that's what I get for being flexible. Ugh I had a whole week to make this happen and now I need a plumber who's kind of immediately available. STEVE IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST KIND OF CONTRACTOR, save yourself a few days on your job and NEVER CALL THIS COMPANY

  Steve is a great guy! He came the same day that I called and fixed my issue right away. We had another little issue after he left and he came back to fix that issue as well, nonquestions asked. Reasonable pricing and great quality work!
