  I have had a terrible experience with this plumbing service. I began this process a few weeks ago and have been getting the "run around" from this plumbing service for that long. Each day they have said they will be there either later the same day, or the next day. That would have been great; however, this never happened. To make matters worse, they would never call and let me know that they wouldn't make it. When I call they have repeatedly "screened" my calls. I know this is the case because when I use another number, or have someone else call for me, they answer right away. Finally, it came down to my asking if they would ever be able to do the job or if i needed to find someone else and they hung up the phone. Save yourself a lot of time and never use this company.
