  I had a feeling something was about to happen to my old water heater that was hidden behind a wall. Matt from All Star came out and we checked the unit. The unit was 20-25 years old and the top was extremely rusted and it looked like the top of the unit. I got a price quote and coordinated a install date with Sue from ASP&H. Anthony came the next day and installed a new water heater. I'm glad I did. When he took out the old heater we saw the seam in the rear of the unit had split and the tank was about to go. I also had the old globe style shut off valve replaced with a new ball value. Pictures show old and new. Job was completed and water was up and running in a short time. Thanks ASP&H. Note - Pictures didn't seem to want to be posted here.

  I was told that the estimate would cost $29.00 plus tax just to come out to your home. I was told by the company that the estimator would be at my home between 3pm and 7pm. At 6:45pm I got a call to reschedule for the following day. I wasted my time waiting all those hours for the estimator to come out and he never did. I called the company to complain and they were arrogant and righteous about the situation. They did not even offer to come out for free. I would never tell anyone to use this company.
