  Hired these guys for a complete re-haul in my master bathroom. I gave them $2000 for a deposit. I also gave them my credit card for materials. They Ended up buying breakfast and tools for their company on MY card. They Apologized when I called them out and paid me back. I was a fool and should of cut ties then but I know the owner from church and forgave them. They cut rotted floor joist and just scabbed onto them. They then laid T-G flooring wrong. I called and asked for 1k back on my deposit. They had a total of 12 hours of work at this point but I was fine with the loss. They said their work was good and said the money was already spent on rent so he couldn't give any money back. Good Luck. I was taken pretty hard on this job and by a guy who claimed to be a friend.

  I called them on a weekend when my hot water heater went out. They came out on a Sat. They were very nice. They handled the job very well even with my kids running around. Will call them next time I need any work done.

  I have a family member who is a victim of this company. I would give zero stars if I could and wouldn’t wish this company’s service to someone I didn’t like. They were NOT on time, they highly over charged, and utilized the customers dumpster for their own personal trash. They bought tools for the job without consulting the customer using the customers money (which was meant for materials). Did not deliver receipts after each item was bought, not to mention they would not have passed any sort of inspection as some the work done was not code compliant. Absolutely no professionalism. Oh and they also bought a biscuit with the customers card. And did not tell the customer. And when the customer confronted them about the charge to their credit card, they said they accidentally used the wrong card, and did not pay back exact change.
